Once a month we would set up a time where we would log in to your computer and verify that your Antivirus, Spyware, Firewall and backup programs are running correctly and is up to date. We also make sure that Windows is updated with the latest updates from Microsoft. |

For us to be able to log in at the scheduled time, your computer would have to be turned on and your internet connection active. Once we are connected you will be able to see the things we are doing on your computer.
