On-Site Support
Bredin's PC Service can examine and/or repair your PC without having to visit you on site. This will save you valuable time and money, and give you a quicker response than having to wait for a schedule opening. The only requirement is a high speed internet connection. (Note: If your internet connection is not working remote support will not work.)
When we connect to your computer, we see what you see.
It is as if we are sitting right in front of your computer with you. Many common customer problems can be solved this way.
Once installed, your computer’s login information is securely stored for Bredin’s PC Service to use only when you request

Fees for remote and phone support:
- Free setup* and installation – Includes instruction on how to remotely access your own computer
- Weekdays 9am-6pm: $25 for first half hour, $10 for every 15 minutes thereafter
- Weekdays after 6pm/Weekends/Holidays: $30 for first half hour, $10 for every 15 minutes thereafter
- Half hour minimum charge applies to all support calls
Some service calls, such as virus and spyware removal are done per service due to the extended time the computer scans the hard drive.
